All Madison L orders ship from our office at 62 West 47th Street, Suite 703, New York, NY 10036.

How we ship
UPS 2nd Day Air, fully insured.

Processing time
In-stock orders leave us within 2 business days. Special orders and made-to-order pieces take longer, and we will confirm a date with you when the order is placed.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Lost, damaged or missing shipments
Every shipment is insured. If a parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us at Sales@MadisonL.com or 212-730-0007 within five business days of the expected delivery date and we will file the claim and put it right. Please refuse any package that looks opened or tampered with, and call us.

Delivery address
We ship to the address on the order. Please give an address where someone can receive the parcel. Once a shipment is with UPS we cannot reroute it.

International
We currently ship within the United States only.

Approved retailers see their shipping terms at checkout. If anything is unclear, call 212-730-0007, Monday to Friday.
