How much is shipping, and how does my order ship?
Shipping is free.
Every order ships insured, by UPS 2nd Day.
All orders ship from our office at 62 West 47th Street, Suite 703, New York, NY 10036.
We ship within the United States.
How long will my order take?
Each piece shows IN STOCK or SPECIAL ORDER on its page.
Where a piece says Ships in 2 business days, it leaves us within 2 business days.
Once your order leaves us, it travels by UPS 2nd Day.
We email you a tracking number as soon as it leaves.
Returns
How do I return something?
You have 15 days from the day your order is delivered to return it.
To start a return, email sales@madisonl.com.
Pieces must come back unworn and in their original packaging.
If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us and we will put it right.
Paying
How can I pay? Can I pay in installments?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Product pages show a Shop Pay installments option.
The installment amount for each piece is shown on its page and at checkout.
Our jewelry
How do I care for my jewelry?
Warm water, mild soap and a soft brush are safe for most pieces. Some stones need gentler care.

Where is my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.
You can also see your order on this site.
